My sons birthday is two months away, how soon should I book my moonwalk?
As soon as possible, our inflatables are booked first come first served so the sooner you book the better your selection will be.


Where can the inflatables be set-up?
The inflatables can be used outdoors or indoors. There is nothing with the inflatable that will harm any indoor floor. Outdoors will do need a relatively flat area.


How many can bounce in the Moonwalk?
We limit how many can be in the Moonwalk at once for safety reasons and do not recommend having small children jumping with older children. We use the guidelines recommended by the manufacturer, but this can vary due to the sizes of children.
Under 5 yrs - 5
Under 8 yrs- 5
9 - 13 yrs - 5
Older Teens - 4-5
Adults - 4-5


How can I pay for my rental?
We gladly accept cash, local checks.


What kind of deposit do you require?
We try to keep it very simple. 10% deposit is required when appointment is made.


What is your delivery charge?
We provide free delivery, set-up, and breakdown. Your inflatable will be set up and ready prior to your scheduled time. We will return after your party and take care of the entire breakdown.


What is your Cancellation Policy?
Cancellations are effective on the date written notice is received by Fax or e-mail in our office. If a refund is applicable, the refund will be processed by BPG within two weeks in the form of a check. You must notify us 30 days prior to the scheduled event or you forfeit your deposit. In the event of bad weather we will work with you to reschedule. Once we deliver however, full payment is expected.


Are you insured and inspected?
We are fully insured under the guideline required for the state of North Carolina.
We are inspected by the NC department of labor.
